Orders, Acceptance & Confirmation

- Order confirmations via email/SMS are automatically generated and do not guarantee acceptance.
- Acceptance occurs only upon formal confirmation email.
- UrsaGlow may reject orders due to stock or technical issues.
Pricing & Payment Terms
- Payment is due at the time of placing the order.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Shipment Processing Times
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days from the date of order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional transit time for delivery.
If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
While we strive for on-time delivery, please understand that rare exceptions may occur. Since we rely on third-party courier services, we cannot guarantee timely delivery in all cases.

Return & Replacement Policy
Shipping & Delivery Guidelines
- Orders are processed from Monday to Saturday. Orders placed on Sundays will be processed the next working day.
- Nationwide Shipping: We deliver across India. International deliveries are currently not supported.
- Timely Dispatch: Orders are processed within 48 hours (Monday to Saturday) of order acceptance. Sunday orders are processed on Monday.
- Delivery Timeline: Products are typically delivered within 7–10 business days, based on location.
- Order Tracking: Customers will receive an email/SMS with a tracking ID once the order is dispatched.
- One Address Per Order: Each order can only be shipped to a single specified address.
- Delivery Issues: If your order status shows “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please notify us within 24 hours for resolution.
- Damaged Packaging: Do not accept the order if the packaging shows visible physical damage. Report the issue to our customer care with a photograph of the damaged box within 24 hours of delivery.
Product Return & Replacement Policy
Returns or replacements are accepted under the following conditions:

- The product was received in a defective condition or was physically damaged during transit.
- A video recording of the unboxing process is required to lodge any damage-related complaints. No complaints will be accepted without an unboxing video.
